  • Step 2: Once on the login page, input your login credentials (that is, your TSC Number and Password), and click on the login tab, just as shown shown on the image below.

On your T-Pay logged in portal, there are functions you can access to process certain documents and perform other needed tasks on the portal. These functions includes;

-View your payslips: this function allows you to see or view your TSC payslips.

-P9 Forms – you can get this to file your KRA return: P9 form in this context is a tax-deductive form that the Teacher Service Commission TSC, issues to its registered members. This form contain teachers’ tax charges. Gross Pay, Pension Contributions, Basic Salary, Benefits, Personal Relief for the whole year and Allowances.

 

P9 form – how to file returns:

To file returns using P9 form, below are details and simple steps to follow:

  • Firstly, visit the KRA itax official website at https://itax.kra.go.ke/KRA-Portal/
  • After clicking on the address above, you are required to login into the portal. Supply your KRA pin and password.
  • Afterwards, scroll and click on the “Returns” tab and as well as on “File Return”.
  • After the above, a page opens up, here you are required to choose your tax obligations (Income Tax-residence individual), and then proceed by clicking the “Next” tab.
  • Download the Income Tax Resident Individual Form( You will be directed on how to download and Unzip it)
  • Here you are required to fill in the basic information, employment income, details of the PAYE deducted, and tax computation(Personal Relief), once the excel sheet opens.
  • Up next, you are to validate the supplied details on Income Tax Resident Individual Excel Sheet. To do this, just hit the “Validate” tab on the screen.

Step 1: Login to your T-Pay account through the official portal’s login web address at https://tpay.tsc.go.ke/

Step 3: when logged in, click on the “View Payslips” and scroll and do the same on “Latest Payslips”, to view recent payslips.

MPR; This is the amount of Monthly Personal Relief (MPR).
